Pristine Property Care LLC

1. Services

Pristine Property Care LLC provides residential cleaning services as outlined in the agreed service description. Final pricing is based on home size, condition, and selected add-ons.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described, pricing may be adjusted prior to service completion.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • Electronic invoice payment

Cash is not accepted.

Invoices must be paid on the day of service. Failure to remit payment may result in late fees and refusal of future service.

A late fee of $25 will be applied to any invoice not paid within 24 hours of service completion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided once services have been completed.

6. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and accessible entry to the home at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained, a lockout fee may apply.

7. Liability

Pristine Property Care LLC is insured. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly installed items

  • Fragile or unstable items not disclosed prior to service

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Safety

For safety reasons, we do not:

  • Move excessively heavy furniture

  • Clean biohazards

  • Climb higher than a 2-step ladder

9. Pets

Pets must be secured if they may interfere with cleaning or pose a safety concern.
